Initial response and booking was very good, which set the tone. Once onsite, I found communication/explanation a touch vague, and a push to get signed/paid on the iPad seemed to take priority. Overall experience was ok, but there’s plenty of room for improvement.
Main disappointment was that I pursued them for a quote to do some big dollar work, but have still not received anything 2 weeks later. I have since engaged another company to complete the works.
In short, if you’re going to market well, and begin well, following through is critical if you want repeat business. Still happy to suggest them if someone asked, as they seem reasonably knowledgeable, and do respond to initial enquiry, which sadly is not too bad these days.
