Gavin and Murdo were very good. Gavin was very professional and knowledgeable. He talked me through how to solve my drainage issue, and explained how they would go about it. It was very informative, and reassuring. Murdo, was also very professional, and got the task done faster than I expected. Throughout the process Murdo had me go and see how the progress was going, and he even explained the stages he was at. At the end of the job Murdo also cleaned up the area very nicely. On the whole it was handled very professionally, and both Gavin and Murdo are awesome plumbers.

I contacted Turbo Plumbing Solutions last night, 18th November, at 9 pm and spoke to Gavin. He efficiently took down all the issue details and promptly scheduled a technician to attend my house today, 19th November. I was impressed by the quick turnaround, especially as it was my first time using Turbo Plumbing Solutions. Receiving the text message with the technician's introduction and photo before the job was a thoughtful touch. It was reassuring to know who would be coming to my home in advance. Mitchell, the technician, was punctual and highly professional. He conducted a diligent and thorough assessment of the plumbing issue in the second bathroom, diagnosing the cause of the leak. Before proceeding with any work, Mitchell clearly explained the potential causes of the leak and presented several solutions. His communication was exceptional, and his knowledge of the issues was outstanding. I appreciated that Mitchell walked me through my options and found an effective solution for the issue. He went above and beyond by recommending a pressure test, advising about the 500KPA, and suggesting the installation of a pressure limiting valve to lower the pressure to a safe level, ensuring compliance with building codes. I was not aware of this before. Overall, I am very pleased with Mitchell's workmanship and satisfied with the completed job. I highly recommend Mitchell and Turbo Plumbing Solutions.

As a young female with no idea about plumbing, he took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me photos so I could understand what was going on. I was worried I might get taken advantage of, because I have no idea about plumbing, but they were so honest and transparent. They told me all the costs upfront and were extremely respectful throughout the whole visit. I also received a photo of the technician before he arrived and an update on how far away he was, which gave me peace of mind, especially when letting a stranger into my home. Hello , Two years ago we called Turbo Plumbing Solutions for problems we were having with an Outdoor Blocked Drain. It was in a very difficult to reach area & they and they installed a Sleave so not to disturb the concreted area. We were very happy with the job they did so we enlisted their services again. This time a polite young man by the name of Mitchell attended our premises in a punctual manner to service and install Tap, Faucet & Shower Fittings. He had sourced Quality Parts for us and then put his head down & worked tirelessly without even stopping for lunch to complete our anitial requests. We then added to his lists of taskes on the same day & again he Sourced Quality Parts for yet another Shower fitting & a Dated Hot Water System. This was all on the same day & he continued to work even through injury and in 34 Degree Weather, to complete the Work. We have found Turbo Plumbing Solutions & all of the Tradesman that have attended our Premises to be Honest, Polite and Hard working. Guaranteeing their services and parts at a reasonable cost. We fully recommend this Business and the Tradesmen they employ & will not hesitate to request their services again. Thank you .😊
