We first hired Gavin about 10 years ago. We felt then he was reliable and trustworthy. Now his business has grown into Turbo Plumbing - highly professional and successful which we put down to Gavin’s professionalism and integrity. We wouldn’t call anyone else now. Yesterday Gavin replaced our hot water system. On time arrival, thorough explanation of options, work done promptly and all cleaned up at the end. Our neighbour then asked him to look at a plumbing issue on her property (once she’d checked our opinion of Gavin). Even our yappy doggo wags his tail for Gavin. 😁 5 stars for Turbo Plumbing. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

★★☆☆☆ I honestly couldn’t believe this quote. Turbo Plumbing Solutions quoted me $5,480 just to connect my shed downpipes into the existing stormwater system, $3,749 for a strip drain, and even tried to sell me a $99 VIP membership on top. After getting the quote, I dug all the trenches myself and will be doing the backfilling. Seeing what’s actually involved made the quote seem even more unreasonable. I understand plumbers have overheads, insurance and warranties, but there’s no way I can justify paying thousands of dollars for what turned out to be a straightforward stormwater connection. I ended up getting the exact work completed by Maxflow Plumbing for $500, fully licensed, to code and without any unnecessary upselling. In my opinion, the quote wasn’t remotely competitive and felt more like an attempt to maximise the invoice than provide fair value for the work required. I’d strongly recommend getting several quotes before accepting anything from Turbo Plumbing Solutions. It saved me nearly $5,000.

Have had these guys attend to a couple of plumbing needs over the last few months - they have been super quick to respond and solve the issue on each occasion and have made a clear effort to ensure we are aware of all info and options before proceeding with any works. Would definitely recommend.

Lachlan was amazing and did a great job with our new Hot Water System. Professional finish and explanation and what work was to be done and how long it would take. As well as the follow up service to make sure the water is at the right temperature and to make sure we were happy with the work completed. I went ahead with the job, which was not nearly as straight forward as I had anticipated. The team were upfront and honest, and they were able to resolve my problems. I will definitely use this business again.

The work turned out to be quite challenging because of our difficult pipe configuration, but Owen showed great problem-solving skills and persevered until it was sorted. On Tuesday evening we had Mitch & Lockey come & assist us with a blocked sewerage drain. From the very first moment in contacting there office to Mitch & lockey coming out the communication was fantastic and throughout the process they communication was great. They investigate where the blockage was and they were able to unblock it and then doubled checked to make sure the drain was cleared. They were also able to answer all the questions we had asked.
