We have used Turbo Plumbing Solutions twice now. The first time involved our Hot Water System, a job which Murdo handled very well. The second time was recently. It was a much bigger job over three days and concerned tree roots in our toilet downpipe. As we only have one toilet, we were especially grateful to Mitch who went to great lengths to make sure we could use the toilet at night time. The second day was particularly heavy in a very confined space on a very hot day and we were both impressed with Mitch's attitude and work ethic in these conditions. Murdo returned on the third day to finish off the job and we would not hesitate to recommend this company and both these young men to anyone looking for a most satisfactory result from highly professional plumbers.

Murdo was here for almost a whole day to carry out excavation work to improve our stormwater drainage, drain clearing , blocked drain clearing and blocked pipe cleaning. Work was carried out as per Gavin's initial consultation recommendations. Murdo was very efficient, respectful when speaking to us and friendly and helpful. I engaged Turbo Plumbing Solution Pty Ltd to investigate low water pressure in my taps. I was quoted $1,188 for a kitchen tap replacement and over $2,000 for kitchen and laundry taps. Based on my comparison with other quotes, these prices appeared significantly higher than expected, and no detailed cost breakdown was provided. There was also confusion around compliance, as I was initially advised it had passed, but later received a failed certificate. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business and suggest obtaining multiple quotes before proceeding.

From the start you could tell it was all about making as much money as quickly as possible.., instead of using an ‘electric eel’ to clear the line like I’d ask for, (it only has storm water in the pipe) they walked around and said the first step is put a camera down the line.., when I asked the price they could not even say the number, they just showed me the price on an iPad, it was over $500 dollars…, what a rip off…,definitely a dodgy company So we’ve hired an ‘eel’ from kennards for $131 dollars and fixed the problem no camera was needed 🤭 and if we did need a camera it’s only just over $200.. turbo plumbing is definitely about making first And it’s no use using a camera if line is blocked 🤪another plumber just told me So don’t waste your time or money on this company they are clearly only about taking your money as quickly as soon as possible and as much as possible

This is the second time that Murdo has come to fix our plumbing issues that involved a leaky toilet and excessive water pressure in the pipes. Murdo was very patient to explain the problems at hand and recommended a few options including replacing our toilet and installing a pressure limiting valve. Although a very costly job, I truly appreciate the professionalism for the work completed.

This was 2nd use of Turbo Plumbing. They fixed a few taps inside and out for my home and explained the problems with each. They were mindful of removing work shoes when entering my home and provide quotes for all work to be undertaken so I was aware upfront. We've had Gavin out a couple of times who was excellent for our storm water issues. Now we've had the pleasure of Mitchell, who replaced two toilets, kitchen mixer tap, basin taps, laundry taps & shower taps. He was very thorough & worked hard having a late lunch as a result. He also cleaned up afterwards so you barely knew he'd been here other than the nice new taps & toilets. Highly recommend this plumbing team.

Extremely pushy salespeople, which was surprising from a plumber. They came to give a quote on replacing a hot water system, but after looking at it wouldn't give a quote until after I paid for a $250 diagnosis fee. When I told them I wouldn't agree to a fee until I knew the whole cost, Gavin spent a good long while trying to pressure me into it. I told him to leave it at least a half dozen times before he actually gave up. And decent plumber should have a fair idea how much a job like this is going to cost, so I believe that this strategy is a way to milk easy money out of customers before hitting them with an outrageous quote, where they are then forced to accept it or lose their $250.

Very happy with the service from Gavin and Lachlan. They were out to look at my hot water system within a couple of hours of my call and we're back the next morning to replace the unit.
