PLEASE Read all the 1 star reviews. They are all the same issue with staff and costs. We had our electric hot water system stop working after the storms on the weekend. Figured it was either the thermostat or element. Called Turbo Plumbing because they promote "Upfront Pricing, no hidden costs". Was told the call out charge was $79. Sounds reasonable. Once their plumber arrived, my wife gave him access to the laundry and spent 5mins looking at the tank, then wanted a nice hidden cost of $260 to do a diagnostic before even telling us the issue or doing any basic investigation. I was at work, and my wife called to check because it sounded odd. Once I spoke to him over the phone, it became clear that they were trying to take us for a ride. The plumber carried on about all of this other work that was not asked for and irrelevant, and clearly tried to upsell for things out of scope. I politely declined, and then he started pushing the sell. Saying I wasn't a good father for having such a dangerous environment for my child to be in. Again I said no. He kept carrying on about how I must know more about plumbing than him. Again I said no...and yet he just would not stop. Eventually I demanded he leave. On that point, he began carrying on at my wife about how he couldn't imagine a father that doesn't want to get it fixed, and that I must know more than him. Charged the $79. Left my wife in absolute tears with his rudeness and poor attitude. Got most of it on the security system. I called an electrician. Had the issue fixed in 15mins for $300. Less than the cost of the call out fee and dodgy hidden diagnostic charge. Moral of this story? Get an electrician for electric systems and stay away from Turbo Plumbing. Terrible Service. I might not know much about plumbing, but I know when I am being ripped off. For the Turbo Team - maybe consider some basic customer service and psychosocial awareness training.

Hello , Two years ago we called Turbo Plumbing Solutions for problems we were having with an Outdoor Blocked Drain. It was in a very difficult to reach area & they and they installed a Sleave so not to disturb the concreted area. We were very happy with the job they did so we enlisted their services again. This time a polite young man by the name of Mitchell attended our premises in a punctual manner to service and install Tap, Faucet & Shower Fittings. He had sourced Quality Parts for us and then put his head down & worked tirelessly without even stopping for lunch to complete our anitial requests. We then added to his lists of taskes on the same day & again he Sourced Quality Parts for yet another Shower fitting & a Dated Hot Water System. This was all on the same day & he continued to work even through injury and in 34 Degree Weather, to complete the Work. We have found Turbo Plumbing Solutions & all of the Tradesman that have attended our Premises to be Honest, Polite and Hard working. Guaranteeing their services and parts at a reasonable cost. We fully recommend this Business and the Tradesmen they employ & will not hesitate to request their services again. Thank you .😊

Arrived quickly to site, but quoted me near to $3000 to fix a leak which I had already located and dug up. I'm no rocket scientist, but I have quoted a lot of T&M jobs in other industries and this felt highly suspect. When I asked for a cost breakdown it was immediately met with defensiveness and a "we quote the job not the particulars" response, then they proceeded to try upsell me on a financing the repair and a membership to receive a 10% discount. I ended up getting the job done elsewhere for $48 of parts and an hours labour.

I Called Turbo Plumbing for a blocked pipe from the toilet. Tyson from Turbo Plumbing was dispatched within a couple of hours and was very professional, he explained the process of discovering the cause of the blocked sewer with the camera and the procedure for correcting the problem. He detailed the costs up front and potential problems that could be encountered and therefore potential extra costs - which fortunately for us did not occur. He was tidy and and did the job quickly. I would recommend this business.
