On Tuesday evening we had Mitch & Lockey come & assist us with a blocked sewerage drain. From the very first moment in contacting there office to Mitch & lockey coming out the communication was fantastic and throughout the process they communication was great. They investigate where the blockage was and they were able to unblock it and then doubled checked to make sure the drain was cleared. They were also able to answer all the questions we had asked. Once the options were explained and agreed we were very happy with the outcome and workmanship. Lachlan demonstrated that he is an experienced and professional tradesman.

Had a blocked drain a while back, that was causing problems. These plumbers fixed it in no time!! Murdo was very quick and professional with how this was handled!!

Initial response and booking was very good, which set the tone. Once onsite, I found communication/explanation a touch vague, and a push to get signed/paid on the iPad seemed to take priority. Overall experience was ok, but there’s plenty of room for improvement. Main disappointment was that I pursued them for a quote to do some big dollar work, but have still not received anything 2 weeks later. I have since engaged another company to complete the works. In short, if you’re going to market well, and begin well, following through is critical if you want repeat business. Still happy to suggest them if someone asked, as they seem reasonably knowledgeable, and do respond to initial enquiry, which sadly is not too bad these days.
