Turbo was recommend to me by another excellent plumber as he could not get to the job for a number of hours. I Called Turbo Plumbing for a blocked pipe from the toilet. Tyson from Turbo Plumbing was dispatched within a couple of hours and was very professional, he explained the process of discovering the cause of the blocked sewer with the camera and the procedure for correcting the problem. He detailed the costs up front and potential problems that could be encountered and therefore potential extra costs - which fortunately for us did not occur. He was tidy and and did the job quickly. I would recommend this business.

I didn’t end up needing their services in the end, but I have to say they’re good, honest people who genuinely care about their work and their customers. It’s rare these days to find tradies who still value honesty and keeping the trade alive, and these guys do exactly that. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on the integrity and professionalism I experienced.

Do not use these guys!! I was told by Gavin that he could come out and perform a diagnostics for $95. He attended my house charged $95 to visually look at my hot water unit just to tell me it was old and needed replacing. That is not a diagnosis!! There are additional charges to actually diagnose what was wrong with the system. Not very transparent. The $95 is actually a call out fee. If you want Gavin to actually do any diagnostic work he will charge you more. On top of this he quoted $5000 to $6000 to replace the hot water system. More than double the going rate. Gavin has since contacted me and threatened to expose me on his YouTube channel if I didn’t change or remove my review.

Another great experience this time with Tyson. Exceptional customer service, great communication and on time. Completed the required work, explained additional requirements and cleaned up afterwards. Professional service, prompt arrival and good communication. I felt the technician (plumber) who came out was doing a bit of a sale pitch which felt a bit disingenuous. I just wanted some taps changed and couldn't tell if it was a fair price or not (it was probably on par with similar companies to be fair). Get a few quotes for comparison prior. Otherwise I felt the quality of work was great. Thanks!

On time, good comms. But incredibly expensive. $1900 to put a camera down 20 mts of stormwater pipe and repair 2 mts of stormwater pipe! Couple of hrs work, unbelievable price! Double the quote of the original plumber! What happened to fair days work for a fair days work?
